WHAT'S THE PROBLEM

Today, too many products are created for a specific group of epople with selective demographics that inadvertently marginalzies the users who don't fall into these targeted groups. These personas are often not reflective of the real-world and sometimes contain discrimintory characteristics.

The following project provides evidenced-based research that proposes a new corporate training program aimed to decrease bias and increase the diversity and inclusivity of new emerging technologies.

Research was conducted as part of the coursework for T511J: Effectively Implementing Learning Technologies to Address Global and Local Challenges with Professor Chris Dede at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
