My team designs meaningful hardware and software experiences for Lenovo's incubation businesses that use emerging technologies. Over the past few years, we've launched some of the world's most innovative solutions including the ThinkReality VRX, ThinkReality A3, ThinkSmart View, ThinkSmart Hub, and ThinkSmart Manager. My team includes managers, human factors engineers, UX designers, interaction and motion designers, UX researchers, and prototypers.

Prior to Lenovo, I operated a 35-year-old print and design company, Arrow Reprographics, where we doubled our revenue in 18 months. In 2016, we sold the business to a competitor. Before small business ownership, I launched several startups while pursuing my MBA at the University of Texas at Austin. My concentration was at the intersection of design and business strategies.​

I started my career at Johnson & Johnson designing medical devices for the most complex joint replacement solutions on the planet. During my time there, I designed more than 1600 instruments as a Lead Industrial Designer and Human Factors Engineer. I helped launch Attune Total Knee Replacement System and Attune Revision Knee Replacement System, two of the most advanced joint replacement solutions ever developed.

Last year, I completed my Masters at Harvard in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology where I focused on the intersection of education, accessibility, design, and emerging technologies. This concentration allowed me to take courses at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, MIT Media Lab, and Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, writing, and playing board games with my family. I also mentor new designers and teach UX across various platforms and classrooms.
